Course Description: Human Anatomy and Physiology comprises a study of the structure and function of subcellular, tissue, organ and system components of the human body; their relationships in the maintenance of homeostasis. This will include the study of the anatomy and physiology of the cell, tissues, skeletal, muscular and nervous systems.

Online Component: During this class, students are required to log in at least three times per week to the Blackboard system. Students will need to go to the Communication area frequently. It is important that they share ideas by posting messages. The students will be required to meet two thirds of the classes at New City College of Technology and one third of the classes will be online. Students are expected to participate on Discussion board, e-mail and collaborate in a group setting. |
