Course Description:
Anthropology is the study of human culture, evolution, biology and language in modern times and in the past. It identifies, explains and interprets patterns and processes of human culture. The discipline has four subfields: physical anthropology, cultural anthropology, archaeology and linguistics. It provides alternative views on the nature of society and explores the individualÕs relationship to the social world.
