Course Description:
Leadership, supervision, group dynamics, and proper teaching techniques in leisure sevices. Additional topics include conflict resolution, behavior management, values and ethics, and risk management. |
Special Requirements:
Basic computer skills are required. Students should bring a diskette. |
Online Component:
This is an hybrid online writing intensive course. The students spend one of the three hours in the computer lab together. |
