Course Description:
The objective of this course is to take the student to
another level of legal research and writing. The class is designed to
work individually with each student and his or her own level.
Personal attention is a strong element to this class. The student
will have the opportunity to develop their research and writing
skills as well as find new ones. The student will have three writing
assignments and one oral argument. |
Special Requirements:
Prior department permission required and a prerequisite
of 90 credits. Students must be computer-ready. Students must have
previously taken the first round of legal research classes. |
Online Component:
One-third of the lecture will be posted on-line.
Students will be expected to log in for that day, read and complete
whatever assignments are due for the week. |
